How can I return my item to hibaby?

You can always return items. This applies to all items. The Return Period is 14 Days. The Return Period Only Starts Once You Have Received the Order. The Entire Amount Excluding Shipping Costs Will Be Credited.

To Request A Return or If You Have Received An Item Damaged, Please Report The Return Viainfo@hibaby.nl. Returns are at the buyer's risk. This means that hibaby is not liable for damaged or lost returned items. Therefore, always ask for a tracking code at the post office and keep it safe.

Hibaby Has its own service department, which meeans that damage to a product can USUALLY BE repaired fairly quickly, and in many Cases Directly on site. If we have to send the product to the manufacturer for repair or assessment, we can usaally provide a replacement loan product, so that you can still move forward.
